Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.

Oversee content creation, curation, and management, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement.

Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community.

Monitor social media metrics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in Crypto and Web3 space.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.

Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels that resonate with the target audience.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of social media management experience, with a strong focus on Crypto, Web3, or Fintech.

Deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and Fintech spaces, trends, and community dynamics.

Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and familiarity with platform-specific best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on community engagement and brand storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven, with proficiency in social media analytics tools for performance tracking and strategy optimization.

Experience creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
