Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Oyatco LLC ("OyaPilot", "we", "us") and govern your use of the OyaPilot website, web application, and browser extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. What OyaPilot does

OyaPilot helps you find real jobs from verified sources, scores postings for ghost-risk and fit, tailors your résumé and cover letter truthfully, helps you prepare and submit applications, and offers Interview Prep, including an optional voice mock interview on paid plans. OyaPilot is a tool that assists your job search. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment, and you remain responsible for what you send to employers.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the résumés, profile information, answers, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy to generate the results you request.

You agree that the information you provide is true and your own. Our tailoring rephrases and re-emphasizes your real experience and never invents skills, credentials, employers, dates, or facts; you are responsible for reviewing every application and answer before it is sent and for ensuring it is accurate.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free and paid plans. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription (Pro or Max). Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our Pricing page.
• Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancel or pause anytime. You can cancel in one click, as easily as you signed up, or pause your subscription instead. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period except where required by law or by the Interview Guarantee below.
• Interview Guarantee. Where offered, the Interview Guarantee is subject to its stated conditions (for example, completing your profile and a minimum number of applications within a set period), as published on our Pricing page.
• Usage limits. Plans include fair-use limits (for example, daily application caps and a monthly allowance of voice-interview minutes). We may adjust limits to protect the Service; we will not reduce a paid benefit you are currently relying on without notice.
• Changes to pricing. We may change prices with advance notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• provide false information, impersonate others, or misuse the Service to deceive employers;
• use the Service to violate any third party's terms, including the terms of employer websites or applicant-tracking systems;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, resell, or build a competing dataset from the Service;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. The browser extension and Autopilot

The OyaPilot browser extension fills application forms in your own browser session with your reviewed information. It does not store your platform passwords or session cookies and does not execute remotely-supplied code. The extension never auto-submits an application unless you explicitly enable Autopilot for guest-submittable career-page forms.

You are responsible for how you use the extension on third-party sites, including compliance with those sites' terms. Automated activity may carry account or ban risk on some platforms; OyaPilot is designed to minimize this, but you use these features at your own discretion and risk.

8. AI outputs

Features of the Service use artificial intelligence. AI outputs (scores, tailored text, interview feedback, voice responses) can be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong, and are provided for your assistance only. You must review them before relying on or sending them. OyaPilot does not warrant the accuracy of any AI output and is not responsible for decisions you make based on it.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by OyaPilot and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

10. Third-party services

The Service links to and interoperates with third parties (employer sites, ATS platforms, payment processing, and others). We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result (including any job, interview, or offer) will be achieved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OyaPilot and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OyaPilot harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third party's rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first try to resolve it with us informally by emailing legal@oyapilot.ai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and OyaPilot consent to their personal jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
