Technical Experience

You bring deep expertise in one area and the ability to influence across others:

Backend systems (distributed systems, APIs, cloud architecture).

Mobile platforms (Flutter/Dart, iOS, Android).

Web platforms (React, Node.js, scalable web architecture).

System design across complex, multi-platform environments.

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.

9+ years of related work experience.

Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.

Track record of leading large, cross-team technical initiatives.

Ability to influence technical direction beyond a single team or domain.
