About the role
What You'll Do
Assist in routing clients' deliveries orders
Assigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routes
Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
Monitoring orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients
What We Seek
Great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients
Requirements
Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
On-the-job Training will be provided
Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)
