About the role
What You'll Do
Identify and onboard new dealership partners within your assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with active dealers to support retention and growth
Conduct in-person dealership visits to assess performance, provide support, and strengthen partnerships
Train and mentor dealership staff on Rider’s Advantage products, processes, and sales strategies
Develop and execute regional action plans to drive production and performance
Analyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with dealership leadership (owners, GMs, F&I managers, service teams) to align on goals and strategies
Respond to dealer and customer inquiries, including support on claims-related questions when needed
Maintain accurate records of activity, dealer interactions, and pipeline development
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who takes ownership of your territory and operates with a strong sense of initiative. You enjoy building partnerships from the ground up while also strengthening and growing existing relationships.
You’re equally comfortable coaching dealership teams, analyzing performance, and developing strategies to improve results. You bring a problem-solving mindset, think proactively, and are able to adapt your approach based on the needs of each partner and market.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in automotive sales, F&I, dealership operations, or a related field
Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned region
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in F&I products, vehicle service contracts, or dealership performance roles
Experience training or mentoring dealership staff
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance and recommend improvements
Experience in field-based or territory sales roles
