Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze the current processes

Will be involved in the analysis of treasury transactions and Tunaiku loans.

Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow

Implements and monitors the progress of development projects to ensure the smooth running of business and compliance within the industry environment.

Collect data and analyze the Bank's performance, including financial reports, in accordance with predetermined deadlines

Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process

Establish communication and provide support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross-division cooperation

Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail

Ability to maintain structured working papers and documentation

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and routine monitoring processes

Proactive and reliable team player, willing to step in and take ownership of tasks when needed

Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders

Proficient in English both oral and written
