In this role you will:

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

Work in accordance with applicable government regulations and standards

Supervise technicians responsible for the collection of vibration analysis data

Manage the collection and analysis of condition monitoring data from the oil analysis, vibration analysis and non-destructive examination programs

Manage the analysis of condition monitoring data, identify corrective actions and work with various groups within the maintenance department to troubleshoot and mitigate equipment defects and improve asset reliability

Manage initiatives to continuously improve the condition monitoring programs to be more effective, efficient and sustainable

Work closely with the engineering, planning, and execution teams to maximize equipment reliability

Increase the efficiency of reporting, alarms, and application of technology relevant to continuous real time monitoring of equipment health

Work on defect elimination and maintenance strategy improvement projects with other members of the Reliability Engineering team

Requirements:

Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent digital literacy with the Microsoft Office Suite®

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Condition Maintenance Monitoring System (CMMS) such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar

An individual with existing NRCan certification may be considered for training in this position if they display relevant aptitude and attitude to ability to obtain CGSB Level 1 ultrasonic, level 1 MT/PT; IS018436 Vibration Inspections CAT 1, Thermography Inspections Level 1, within 2 years of employment will be required

Lubrication analysis experience and certification (STLE, ICML/MLA level 1) is an asset

Experience or Certification in thermography, vibration analysis (CAT Level I), and non-destructive examination (CGSB Level I Ultrasonic) is an asset

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
