About the role
Responsibilities:
Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
Explain and guide partners through the system integration process
Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
Must haves:
Fluency in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly desirable:
Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
