Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Manage campaign budgets while achieving KPIs such as Leads, Customer Acquisition, CPL and CPA.

Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Continuously optimise campaigns through performance monitoring, A/B testing and experimentation.

Explore new acquisition channels, marketing opportunities and growth initiatives.

Build customer-focused acquisition journeys and improve conversion performance.

Manage influencer agencies and UGC/KOL campaigns aligned with acquisition objectives.

Collaborate closely with creative, product and cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Take ownership of projects while contributing to a full-funnel marketing approach across paid media, SEO, content and CRM.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.

Professional proficiency in English.

Experience in app marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other paid advertising platforms.

Knowledge of SEM, PPC, remarketing, conversion optimisation and digital marketing funnels.

Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting and automation.

Experience managing agencies and external partners.

Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, content marketing and A/B testing

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and turning insights into actions.

Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
