About the role
YOU WILL GAIN
Support Technical Support Engineers in investigating and troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
Focus on diagnosing issues related to customers' infrastructure and environments.
Apply knowledge of operating systems, networking, servers, virtualization, and system administration to identify environment-related problems.
Validate customer configurations and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues affecting the enterprise SaaS platform.
Collaborate with the Support team to accelerate issue resolution and improve customer outcomes.
Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical environment.
Develop advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and customer communication skills.
Learn how world-class Technical Support teams collaborate to resolve complex technical issues.
Gain exposure to a modern, multi-technology enterprise SaaS platform and its support processes.
