Develop strategic communication plans and campaign messaging across channels (email, app, SMS, and web) that connect people to Life.Church's mission and move them toward next steps.

Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy across a high volume of channels and campaigns.

Steward the Life.Church voice with consistency and care, ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are.

Use data, past learnings, and audience insights to shape how and when we communicate with different segments of our audience.

Partner with team leaders to refine messaging, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve how we reach people.

Lead, support, and resource campus and ministry teams in developing clear communication and messaging that aligns with channel strategy, including weekend promotional assets.

Develop and maintain systems and standards that empower other teams and ministries to own their communication well while maintaining excellence.

Who You Are

A collaborative teammate. You work well with others, navigate feedback with humility, and can bring your own perspective while staying aligned with the team's direction.

Someone who can manage the complexity. You’ll navigate a high volume of work, multiple stakeholders, and shifting priorities without losing sight of the project goal, strategy, or tone.
