Technical Consultant

What youll be doing:

Deliver technical implementations, upgrades, migrations and integrations for enterprise software projects.

Configure and deploy Objective solutions to meet customer requirements.

Build and support API integrations and data migrations across customer environments.

Work closely with customers and project teams through testing, UAT and Go Live.

Troubleshoot, optimise and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

Contribute to best practices and continuously improve the way we deliver for our customers.

About you

You'll enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers and seeing your solutions make a real impact.

Ideally you'll have

Experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.

Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (SQL Server or Oracle).

Experience with Java, .NET or C/C++.

Exposure to Windows Server environments (Unix/Linux experience is advantageous).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

Experience working with government customers or enterprise content management solutions will be highly regarded.
