Aircraft Maintenance Analyst (AMA)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing in-depth guidance on the use of our products in real-world maintenance and compliance scenarios.

Product Expertise : Leverage hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance to advise customers on best practices, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value of our product suite.

Customer Success Management : Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and help them achieve their operational goals, ensuring long-term adoption and satisfaction.

Data Analysis : Monitor customer data to track product usage, performance, and compliance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with the sales, product development, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless communication and enhance the customer experience.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement : Gather customer feedback to identify product improvements and work with the product team to refine features and functionalities.

Desired Credentials:

5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related role.

Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Experience with Salesforce ( preferred but not required)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification ( preferred but not required)
