About the role
We'll trust you to:
Leverage problem solving skills to devise solutions to client business problems.
Conduct analysis on complex and multiple pharma data sets
Work on analytical and visualization tools such as R/Python/Tableau/SQL
Deliver task/client deliverables through structured project management approach
Ensure quality control in accordance with guidance from project manager.
Work with Team/Project lead in all business-related tasks/activities, building project documentation and knowledge repository etc.
Take ownership of assigned project task and deliver project with high quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
You'll need to have:
Engineering/Master’s Degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with evidence of strong academics and aptitude
Proficiency in using analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) - General stats knowledge is a plus.
Industry experience in analytics and technology (At least 2 yrs. for Associate)
Strong organizational and task management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in international matrix environment with global clients/stakeholder
