About the role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with local banks, financial institutions, payment companies, remittance companies, and FinTech clients in the Philippines.

Promote Coins.ph ’s enterprise products and solutions, including business accounts, corporate payments and collections, fiat and digital asset services, OTC / institutional trading, and API integration.

Understand client needs in payments, clearing and settlement, cross-border remittance, treasury management, and digital asset services, and develop suitable partnership solutions.

Lead client meetings, needs assessment, solution presentations, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and project execution.

Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to support client due diligence, KYC / KYB, API integration, and go-live operations.

Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on client progress, revenue forecasts, market feedback, and competitor insights.

Monitor developments in the Philippine FinTech, payments, and virtual asset regulatory landscape to identify new institutional partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Five years of experience in B2B sales, financial institution relationship management, enterprise solution sales, FinTech business development, or the payments industry.

Good understanding of the Philippine financial ecosystem, including banks, payment institutions, e-wallets, remittance companies, or FinTech clients.

Strong capabilities in institutional client acquisition, commercial negotiation, solution selling, and project execution.

Knowledge of payments, clearing and settlement, APIs, digital assets, OTC, FX, stablecoins, or cross-border remittance is preferred.

Good compliance and risk awareness, with an understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, and financial institution partnership requirements.

Fluent in English; Filipino / Tagalog or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Prior experience with local banks, payment companies, crypto platforms, remittance companies, or enterprise FinTech platforms in the Philippines is preferred.
