About the role

Essential Job Duties

Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise data insights leveraging Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.

Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to transform enterprise data into actionable insights.

Identify opportunities to unlock business value through self-service analytics, ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and predictive models.

Drive the product roadmap for enterprise reporting, data exploration, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Evaluate and recommend modern BI, analytics, and AI tools that complement Snowflake to maximize business value (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, dbt, Databricks, Cortex AI, etc.).

Identify opportunities to leverage machine learning and AI to automate insight generation and decision support.

Define product requirements for predictive models supporting fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, provider performance, and operational optimization.

Champion the use of AI-powered analytics, natural language querying, and generative AI capabilities to improve data accessibility.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and Snowflake-native capabilities to continuously enhance enterprise analytics.

Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness, adoption, and business impact of data insight products.

Conduct regular product roadmap reviews, product demos, and product advisory workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and present new product business cases to senior leadership.

Partner with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiative planning and resource alignment.

Partner with Sales and Marketing in areas such as understanding evolving market needs, ensuring success of campaigns, collaborating on packaging and pricing, assisting with large/complex sales opportunities, etc.

Partner with Implementation teams to ensure products can be implemented and configured efficiently based on varying market/client needs and help troubleshoot any bottlenecks through product enhancements and/or improved tooling.

Partner with Support and Client Success teams to facilitate smooth product releases, intake and understand customer feedback, and help troubleshoot product support call drivers.

Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met, particularly for caregivers, members, and clinicians.

Work with engineering and architecture teams to balance new feature development with technical debt, performance, and security considerations.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

5+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in the health IT vendor space with experience in both strategic and tactical capacities.

3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and customer management.

Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis.

Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills.

Ability to leverage data analytics to drive decisions.

Expert-level communication skills for eliciting and understanding customer needs, conveying vision, authoring complex product requirements, and delivering crisp market-facing documents and presentations.

Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product.

In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles. Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus.

Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics and configuration concepts.

Experience in defining and/or executing on go-to-market strategies and plans.

Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.

Familiarity with API integration development, 3rd party support, web application framework and database concepts.

Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

Experience working with overseas business analysts and engineering teams
