Previous people management experience is required, including experience leading, coaching, prioritizing work, managing escalations, and improving team service delivery.
Experience supporting large ERP systems is required; SAP experience is preferred, and experience across a broader finance systems landscape is beneficial.
Strong understanding of support processes, access management, change control, testing, documentation, release management, and finance system controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across finance, IT, development teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and drive practical, well-controlled resolutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance operational support with project delivery, and maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
