Propertybase Client Services Specialist

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support customer operations workflows.

Maintain data integrity by managing deduplication, validation rules, and automation processes.

Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement new Salesforce features or enhancements.

Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key metrics for Customer Success and Support teams.

Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting while ensuring best practices are followed.

Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.

Ensure compliance with company security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce usability, scalability, and adoption across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configurations, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers).

Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.

Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, or customer support platforms).

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, timely end-user support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.

Salesforce certifications required.
