About the role

We'll trust you to

Project leadership and client management –

You will be managing patient solution projects with global teams – Translate client’s business needs into specific solutions and tasks for team members, manage project scoping, solution design, execution and client communication management

You will work closely with US-based engagement managers, Partners/SMEs and global consultants and associates to conduct high-quality analysis and develop well-structured and impact driven deliverables

You will establish priorities and timelines for project milestones and tasks, flag off potential risks and come up with mitigation plans

You will be responsible for quality and thoroughness in the analysis and approach for the project

You will be managing client relationships in partnership with engagement managers with the ability to deliver results independently and adhere to client and internal plans and communication

Solutioning and problem solving

You will have to solution complex business problems around patient solutions, utilize analytical approaches and insights for complex projects in new and untapped

You should be able to think analytically and use a structured approach to understand problems, analyze data and map out appropriate solutions

Firm building

You should contribute to firm-level initiatives including new capability build, templatizing and standardizing approaches for patient solutions

You will have to develop and maintain knowledge repository, build training plans and templates to ensure upskilling of consultants

You should support with business development activities like proposal build, case study and capability development

People management

You will have to mentor and coach resources on analytical approaches, data sets, and applicable commercial use cases

You will have to provide guidance and structure to junior resources in projects and through training programs and on-the-job guidance

You will have to provide leadership and motivation to help people perform and develop them as well-rounded consultants and leaders of the future

You'll need to have

You should have Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred (5-9 years) of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements.

You must have atleast 3+ years of patient analytics experience, with an understanding of patient level data sets

You must have strong expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI)

You must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You should have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems

You must have strong passion for understanding and devising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharma industry

You should have demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the junior team members

You should have ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap)

You should be open to travel to US global offices and client-site based on client project requirement (10%-20%)
