Main Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT business partner for the EMEA region, working closely with the General Manager and EMEA leadership team to define and execute IT strategy, while reporting directly to the Head of EMEA, with a dotted line to the US IT organization.

Lead regional IT operations end-to-end, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, network management, and IT support.

In close collaboration with global IT teams, implement, optimize, and support enterprise systems and technologies across the region, including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.

Partner with Data & Analytics teams to deliver KPIs, operational reporting, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective process optimization and technology enablement.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including adherence to the QMS, while maintaining strong cybersecurity and resilient IT operations.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years in IT leadership roles and 2+ years leading IT operations across Europe within an international or matrix environment

Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft), data warehouse solutions, and reporting dashboards

Hands-on experience with local infrastructure, ITIL processes, and executive support

Experience in medical devices or other regulated environments, with strong understanding of compliance requirements

Proven ability to lead IT teams and act as a business partner to senior stakeholders

Strong communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
