You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred

5–7 years of progressive experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations

Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred

Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR

Strong understanding of scheduling, patient access, and multi-modality workflows

Experience with financial oversight, reporting, and cash handling controls

Proven ability to manage operational metrics and drive performance outcomes

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
