Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights

What you will do:

Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics.

Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation) to solve complex business problems and uncover key drivers of performance.

Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.

Synthesize findings into concise, actionable recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to different audiences.

Partner with stakeholders across the company (Operations, Product, Marketing, Platform) to influence business objectives and guide data-driven decisions.

Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team

What you'll need:

At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role

Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts

Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses, Python or R is a plus

Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making

Good command of English (both written and oral)
