About the role
Your Challenge:
Enabling high quality standards by leading Quality Community of Practice for our Agentic product. This includes ownership and governance of the Product Quality strategy including product-wide quality processes, with heavy focus on automation testing and tooling around reporting and quality process adherence.
Technical Leadership : Lead development of Platform Test Tooling, solve the most challenging technical problems (breadth vs depth of tests on various levels), and align our SaaS engineering organization so every single Ataccamer understands how we achieve high quality standards.
Mentorship : Mentor individuals and teams by sharing your extensive experience with quality in SaaS/cloud environment, best practices, and lessons learned on individual bases or via SaaS Quality Community of Practice.
Ownership : Take end-to-end ownership of Platform Test Tooling from design to implementation and adoption of the tooling by functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the quality strategy for Ataccama's Agentic platform, establishing a unified approach to automated testing of critical user flows across teams
Identify the right combination of testing approaches for a distributed SaaS architecture
Serve as the internal advocate for product quality within Product & Engineering, keeping quality high on the agenda across planning, development, and release cycles
Shape and drive processes around how teams prioritise and address quality — from test coverage decisions to bug triage frameworks
Mentor others across teams on testing best practices, helping raise the overall quality bar without creating bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to align on what quality means for different parts of the system and different stages of delivery
Is this you?
You have experience driving quality strategy across multiple teams or a multi-team engineering organisation
You've worked on enterprise SaaS products and understand the specific challenges that come with distributed systems and larger enterprise products that are developed across multiple engineering teams
You're comfortable making and defending trade-off decisions in testing
You have a couple of concrete examples of how you've used AI tooling to improve your own or your team's efficiency in a QA context (nice-to-have — but we'd love to hear the stories)
You're comfortable being visible — presenting your strategy, advocating for quality in cross-functional discussions
