You're a Strong Fit If You Have

Bachelor's degree preferred

8+ years of healthcare sales experience

3+ years leading multi-site or regional sales teams

Experience in physician sales, diagnostics, imaging, laboratory services, healthcare services, or related healthcare markets

Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth and sales performance targets

Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development skills

Experience building physician referral networks and strategic business partnerships

Strong communication, presentation, and executive relationship management capabilities

Ability to analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and drive territory optimization

Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
