Full Stack Engineer

Essential Job Duties

Build the Foundation for Scalability: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and microservices that enable robust functionality and seamless integrations.

Excel in Full Stack Development: Gain hands-on expertise in frontend with Angular and backend with Go, while optimizing cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling.

Integrate Gen AI Innovations: Incorporate generative AI into our agency management software, boosting usability and efficiency to create intuitive experiences that users love.

Push the Envelope: Encourage exploration of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continually enhance our platform for better user outcomes.

Guide Strategic Decisions: Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to inform key development choices that advance our goals.

Collaborate with a Passionate Team of Peers: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver features that exceed expectations.

Ensure Lasting Quality: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold high standards of software reliability.

Travel Requirements

Travel 5-10%, including overnight travel, domestic & abroad (US and other delivery locations)

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

0-4 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks

Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue

Experience with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python

Experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB

Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexible, team player

Ability to organize and plan work independently

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus

Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus

Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
