Business Analytics Manager

What you will do:

Strategic Analytics Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our senior management team and C-levels for company-level analytics requests. Provide data-driven insights to support high-stakes decision-making, including efficiency reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic initiatives.

Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Presentation & Communication: Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for Lalamove’s senior stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to the C-level executives.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle urgent, dynamic analytics requests from senior management with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven experience working directly with senior stakeholders (C-suite executives, Managing Director level).

Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms.e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
