Org Design Mastery: Expert grasp of Team Topologies, flow optimization, and architectural alignment.

Modern Management: Fluent in human-centric frameworks like Management 3.0.

Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to synthesize high-level strategy into daily operational execution.
