Associate Consultant - Ecosystem

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality drafts of communication from emails to executive presentations

Lead project management for client engagements, including project plan creation and ownership, and action and status tracking

Manage meetings, including coordinating and scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and content, and documenting actions and decisions

Conduct research to support client recommendations

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarizing key themes to inform findings and recommendations

Work independently or closely with clients and team members to drive project progress

Provide other project support as requested by engagement manager

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement

Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems

Good business acumen and awareness of business trends

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework and/or internships in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communications

Strong interpersonal and team working skills

Passion and an ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefully

Desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting profession

High degree of ambition, flexibility, and creativity

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn from mentors and peers

Motivation to learn new concepts and start tasks with limited guidance
