Associate Principal (IGA Architect), Professional Services

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Saviynt is looking for a IAM architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement its leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on customer requirements. As an expert in deploying Identity Governance solutions, the primary responsibility will be to deploy the Saviynt solution to meet customer requirements.

Implementation Ownership : Own end-to-end technical implementation and ensure on-time delivery of Saviynt’s solutions, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring quick time to value for our customers.

Client Management : Manage both technical and non-technical communication with customer/partner stake holders. Ensure accountability across internal and customer teams for on-time delivery of projects. Identify technical risks ahead and work closely with internal and customer/partners teams for timely mitigation/resolution of the risks.

Thought Leadership : Demonstrate thought leadership through insightful review of the implementation, comparative analysis of solution options and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, share insights and contribute to the community through public forums, publishing articles etc.

Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to customers/partners, helping them with strategic roadmaps and industry best practices

Drive Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new design principles, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve Saviynt solutions

Team Development : Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s/ equivalent in Engineering

10+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products

Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IAG

User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation

Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring

Access Certification

SOD

Password management

Cloud Security

Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge

Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.

Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs

Direct customer interaction and management skills

Experience with RFP responses and proposals

Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude

Good to have

Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Box, etc.

Knowledge of industry-standard protocols such as SAML and OpenID
