About the role
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with project directors to define and execute project objectives
Conduct thorough research of county records to verify surface and mineral ownership, using both online databases and on-site courthouse visits
Review, analyze, and synthesize research findings into clear, accurate reports for client submission
Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and client objectives
Mandatory Requirements
Licensed attorney in good standing
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in title and mineral research, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat
