What we're looking for
5+ years of experience leading Operations teams focused on Supply and Retention within the ride-hailing, last-mile delivery, and startup industries.
Strong experience with: Supply Operations (drivers/couriers), Marketplace balance (supply-demand).
and Operational KPIs (Fulfillment, Completion Rate, Acceptance Rate, Cancellation Rate, ETA, Utilization).
Experience in logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is a big plus.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
Proven people leadership experience.
Fluent English (B2-C1)
