Technical Services Engineer (C&C)

What you'll do:

Implement Content and Creators (C&C) products for Bazaarvoice clients.

Manage deliverables and timelines for varying technical projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical consulting and support for Bazaarvoice C&C products and services to client-facing colleagues and clients.

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve bugs and provide technical input for feature development.

Develop and execute queries on datasets using SQL and REST web services.

Develop tooling/scripting to automate tasks and perform data analysis.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills/Experience

1+ years of experience in an IT role supporting software/SaaS client products or services.

Fluent English skills.

Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic or intermediate experience with scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Bash).

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

Nice to have:

Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools.

Experience managing deliverables and timelines for varying projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project/task management systems (e.g. Jira).

Basic or intermediate experience with front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Basic or intermediate experience with SQL.

Experience with cloud computing services platform (e.g. Amazon Web Services).

Familiarity with REST web services.
