Job Description
Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services/products.
Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customer's needs.
Proactively pursuing self-development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues, as well as providing excellent service to customers.
Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising within the banking industry.
Proven experience in building customer loyalty.
Possesses and can develop a personal customer network.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
