You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

Associate’s degree or equivalent required

2–4 years of related experience required

Strong knowledge of insurance verification, authorization, and pre-certification processes

Familiarity with healthcare insurance concepts, practices, and procedures

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry

Strong communication skills for patient and payer interactions

Ability to follow established procedures and work independently within guidelines

Experience in healthcare, patient access, or revenue cycle roles preferred
