Tech Ops

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner integrations:

· 1-Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.

· 2-Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.

· Communication:

· 1-Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.

· 2-Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.

· Continuous Improvement:

· 1-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

· 2-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

Qualifications:

· Must haves:

· 1-Fluency in both English and Chinese.

· 2-Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.

· 3-Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.

· 4-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Highly desirable:

· 1-Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
