About the Role

We seek a highly motivated, organized, dedicated, and independent Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will support the team with daily accounting tasks, including processing and paying vendor invoices, supporting month-end closing activities, and more. The Finance team is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and business obligations while maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes. This is a temporary and full-time position (maternity leave replacement).

What You'll Be Doing

Support the bookkeeping team in all daily accounting tasks

Process and book vendors' invoices

Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit

Assure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements

Maintain all tax withholdings for supplier invoices

Assist with month-end closing as needed

Bank reconciliations

Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis

Qualifications

Official certification as a Bookkeeper

4+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper

Experience working with Excel

Experience working in high-tech companies (advantage)

Proficiency in Netsuite (advantage)

Experience with Microsoft Office

English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) MUST

Team player

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
