Position Overview

As the Facilities & Services Specialist, you will directly own the day-to-day operations across two facilities (office, warehouse and test lab environments). Reporting directly to the Director of IT & Facilities, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, building repairs, installations, and inspections of facilities to ensure operations run smoothly. In addition, this position will be responsible for leading safety initiatives and applying best practices for keeping the work environment and building systems maintenance up to date, proactively addressing problems as they arise, assessing and scheduling both repair and preventative maintenance in an office, warehouse and test lab environment. You don't need decades of trade experience but you do need a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, a good attitude and a genuine willingness to learn or ask for help.
