Partner with Clients

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients

Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness

Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups

Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader client wellbeing strategies

Manage Projects & Vendors

Oversee vendor sourcing, coordination, and performance management

Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives

Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination

Measure Impact

Track engagement, outcomes, and key metrics across programs

Contribute to client reporting and presentations that demonstrate value and ROI

Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data

Contribute to a Growing Practice

Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies

Help improve processes, tools, and scalable ways of working

Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members

Stay current on wellbeing trends, compliance considerations, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or client/account management

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment

Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish

Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and accountability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Experience with an employee benefits brokerage firm is preferred

Key Strengths for Success

Relationship-building and client service mindset

Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Data tracking, reporting, and insight generation

Adaptability, ownership, and a proactive approach
