About the Position

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist to help our Procurement team provide sourcing and procurement support to several of Jane Street’s other internal teams, including Office Administration, HR, Travel, Recruiting, Creative Engagement, Accounting, and Facilities.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to plan an approach for upcoming needs and renewals, understand key requirements and expected outcomes for each project, develop and lead RFPs, and analyze and level bid responses. We’re looking for an independent and organized individual who can jump into the work to make an immediate impact. The right person for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds.
