About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner (Director level) to serve as one of the most senior individual contributors within the People Business Partnership organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Business Partnerships, this role supports our Technology teams and partners with executive leaders across our global organization to shape enterprise people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.

The People Business Partnerships Director serves as a trusted advisor on the organization's most complex people and business challenges, influences enterprise initiatives, mentors other People Business Partners, and helps evolve the overall People Business Partnership operating model.

Core Areas of Responsibility

Executive Advisory

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Influence business decisions through organizational insight and workforce expertise.

Coach senior executives through complex organizational challenges and leadership decisions.

Provide guidance on enterprise talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness strategies.

Enterprise Organizational Strategy

Lead initiatives including

Enterprise organizational design

Global workforce planning

Executive succession planning

Leadership effectiveness

Organizational transformation

Culture evolution

Enterprise talent strategy

Enterprise Leadership

Lead cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

Partner across People Experience Centers of Excellence to shape future programs and priorities.

Represent the People Business Partnership function in strategic enterprise initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness at scale.

Thought Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor and develop People Business Partners across the function.

Establish best practices and consulting standards.

Contribute to the evolution of the global People Business Partnership operating model.

Share expertise across the broader People Experience organization.

Business & Workforce Insights

Anticipate organizational risks and future workforce needs.

Provide executive-level analysis of workforce trends and organizational health.

Recommend enterprise solutions based on business strategy and data.

About You

15+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or strategic consulting experience

Significant experience advising Technology executive leaders within global organizations

Deep expertise in enterprise organizational design and transformation

Exceptional executive coaching and consulting capabilities

Strong systems thinking and strategic planning skills

Proven ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations

Recognized expertise in organizational effectiveness and People strategy

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
