About the role
Join Our Team as an Inside Transportation Specialist
We're looking for a dynamic Inside Transportation Specialist to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and top-notch customer service. You'll coordinate vehicle movements using our TMS Platform, working closely with ADESA auction sites and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch transport orders in accordance with customer and site requirements
Pull and process orders for key accounts (e.g., Chase, FCA)
Accurately input orders, including correct rates and precise location details, into the system.
Assign customers and accounts appropriately.
Validate data integrity prior to dispatch to prevent downstream issues
Escalate discrepancies or system issues to Senior Specialist or Team Lead
Assist with inbox management as needed
Requirements
Transportation experience preferred, not required.
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Must commute to the Tempe office (5 Days a week)
Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills.
Proficient in English.
