Full Stack Developer

Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is currently searching for a Full Stack Developer with OAuth OIDC experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement and supporting integration of NIH CIT Authentication System with NCBI IAM environment

Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and monitoring for the NCBI login services

Troubleshoot ongoing user issues and collaborate with partner agencies to debug and provide resolution

Provide support for user account migration and resolve issues efficiently during account migration and consolidation

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Proficient with Python, C++, and SQL

Experience with Microsoft SQL server and relational database design and optimization

Knowledge of federated identity and web security concepts such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC

Programming experience in a Linux environment

Fluency in some scripting languages such as BASH

Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience in building JWT, SAML, OAuth, OIDC solutions.

Experience integrating with 3rd party applications and knowledge of secured sharing of data

Experience developing Django web applications and services

Experience with front end frameworks such as ReactJS

Knowledge of XML and XSLT

Understanding of IT security standards

Experience with agile development processes

Ability to learn quickly, with good teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and work independently with minimal supervision
