AQR is looking for an exceptionally talented individual with 3-5 years of design experience to join our Marketing team.

Your Role: Graphic Designer, Marketing

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join AQR’s Marketing team. This role is responsible for translating complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent visual materials across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include

Designing and producing advanced Powerpoint presentations, including the use of animation

Developing high-quality marketing materials including:

One Pagers

Brochures

White papers

Event and conference materials

Creating website and digital assets (email, social, web graphics)

Creating branded charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics

Editing short form videos for social and web

Maintaining presentation templates and applying to new materials, focusing on brand guidelines and technical formatting

Maintaining and evolving brand standards across all visual mediums

Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

What You’ll Bring

A design portfolio demonstrating print, digital and motion/animation work

Advanced expertise in Powerpoint, including presentation design, layout, templating and animation

Proven experience in motion graphics (After Effects) or data visualization tools

Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite

InDesign

Illustrator

Photoshop

Proficient in Word, including layout and templating

Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree

3-5 years of professional design experience. Financial services, asset management, consulting, or another professional services environment a plus

Strong portfolio demonstrating polished and professional detail-oriented design work
