JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Job description

Complete requirement analysis and create PRD

Define product release scope and roadmap, track Product Board and JIRA

Define and track the release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team

Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design

Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs

Perform product demos to field teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

Collect product feedback and keep improving the product

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related majors

Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative

Knowing Google Workspace or Salesforce platform would be preferred

Having AI work experience and a basic understanding, or having studied AI before, is a plus point
