Esta é uma vaga de aprendizagem (4 horas diárias), criada para quem está começando a carreira e quer aprender na prática como funciona a área de Recursos Humanos. Você vai apoiar o time de People Operations nas rotinas do dia a dia, acompanhando de perto todo o ciclo de vida do colaborador — da admissão ao desligamento — com orientação e acompanhamento constantes.

O que você vai fazer

Apoiar a comunicação com novos colaboradores durante o processo de admissão, acompanhando o envio e o recebimento de documentos

Ajudar na organização e conferência da documentação admissional

Coordenar o agendamento dos exames médicos ocupacionais (admissional, periódico, de retorno ao trabalho e demissional), acompanhando prazos e comparecimento

Dar suporte na gestão de benefícios: inclusões, exclusões, alterações e esclarecimento de dúvidas dos colaboradores

Apoiar a organização e a atualização de arquivos e sistemas de RH, garantindo que as informações estejam corretas e em dia

Auxiliar no atendimento a dúvidas do dia a dia dos colaboradores, encaminhando os temas às pessoas certas

Apoiar o time em rotinas administrativas e demandas pontuais da área

O que buscamos

Estar matriculado(a) ou ter concluído o ensino médio, e idade entre 18 e 24 anos, conforme a Lei do Aprendiz

Vontade de aprender e curiosidade sobre a área de Pessoas

Organização e atenção aos detalhes — boa parte do trabalho envolve prazos e documentos

Discrição e responsabilidade no trato de informações confidenciais

Boa comunicação escrita e oral

Conhecimentos básicos de Excel/Google Sheets e pacote Office

Inglês básico é um diferencial, não um requisito

Modelo de trabalho: Remoto, com encontros presenciais mensais em coworking;
