Do you excel at sourcing top talent and evaluating technical candidates? DMC is seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to support experienced hiring efforts across our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is an independent recruiter who can source talent, conduct interviews, and drive hiring efforts from requisition kickoff through offer stages.

Responsibilities
Source and engage top engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
Screen and qualify technical resumes for experienced engineering positions
Conduct candidate interviews
Write job descriptions and interview materials
Partner closely with engineers, hiring managers, and office leads to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation in Greenhouse (ATS)
Support campus recruiting initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA of 3.4)
1+ years of experience recruiting for technical or engineering positions, preferably in an agency environment
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise with a proven ability to independently source and engage top technical talent
Ability to independently evaluate technical resumes
Experience conducting candidate interviews
Strong communication skills with the ability to write job postings, develop interview materials, and build rapport with candidates
Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Compensation is based on relevant experience, industry and location standards.
Salary Range
$55,000 , $70,000 USD
