Responsibilities

Review and approve employee expense reports in Acumatica

Review AP bill entries for accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with team members across multiple departments

Assist with administrative accounting tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA not required)

Minimum GPA of 3.4

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Familiarity with ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks

Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
