Parts Shipping Representative

Ready to be part of a winning team? Hyundai Santa Monica is looking for a Parts Shipping & Receiving Representative to support our growing Parts Department. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with basic automotive parts knowledge and a strong work ethic. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Shipping & Receiving Representative, you will be responsible for managing the receiving, processing, and shipping of vehicle parts and accessories while supporting customers, technicians, and vendors with accurate and timely service.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Prepare, package, and ship parts orders accurately and efficiently.

Pull, stage, and distribute parts while verifying order accuracy and availability.

Assist with inventory control, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department.

Provide excellent service and support to customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Required: Basic automotive parts knowledge required; prior automotive parts experience preferred.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00.
