What a Successful Program Manager (Transformation) Does

Break down strategic goals into structured analyses, tasks, and clear deliverables.

Support cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Servicing, Billing, Product, and Technology.

Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and issue identification to highlight risks and opportunities.

Help design and execute small-scale pilots across onboarding, servicing, and pricing.

Track KPIs, analyze pilot performance, and generate insights to support decision-making.

Assist in converting successful pilots into operational processes with Product and Technology teams.

Prepare polished executive-ready documents, presentations, and dashboards.

Maintain strong project discipline—timeline tracking, risk logs, RAID items, follow-ups, and documentation.

Work independently with minimal oversight and proactively push progress forward.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience

1–4 years in business operations, strategy execution, consulting, or process improvement (internships acceptable if highly relevant).

Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components.

Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data manipulation and KPI tracking.

Excellent communication and slide‑building skills (comfortable presenting to managers and directors).

Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through without constant direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Big 4 Advisory) or comparable consulting/project-based environment.

Exposure to transformation, operating model redesign, or customer experience improvement initiatives.

Experience with process mapping tools and project tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Prior experience in payments, financial services, or fintech preferred but not required.

Demonstrated problem‑solving toolkit (hypotheses, root-cause analysis, stakeholder interviews, KPI frameworks).
