About the role

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and building long-term partnerships with our clients. And now we are looking for a responsible and organized Office Manager to join our team in Warsaw .

Your responsibilities:

Providing general reception front-desk duties;

Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office, ensuring that office is operating smoothly;

Providing daily support to other administrative functions;

Management of business trip process and requests ;

Handling office and food supplies ;

Handling of outgoing and incoming correspondence (mail/courier shipments);

Managing office access (access control system, access cards and parking spots distribution);

Overseeing office floor and ensuring it’s well-maintained, clean and tidy;

Supporting corporate and office events;

Co-ordinating visitors and guests (i.e. welcoming guests and providing them with necessary information. Managing conference room reservations and preparing meeting places);

Searching for and maintaining relationships with vendors and services providers.

Our expectations:

Bachelor’s degree or higher;

Minimum 1 years of experience in office management;

Proficient in Polish, English and Russian;

Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Good organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details;

Easy to deal with, positive, can-do attitude;

Excellent communication skills;

Open to flexible working hours arrangements.

Working Conditions:

Office-based position in Warsaw ( Q22 office, rondo ONZ Metro );

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-17/10-18.
